Conclusion #1 is pretty easy to draw here: people like pornography. This is not exactly a huge shock.
Conclusion #2: New Who porn in particular is pretty popular.
Conclusion #3: People must really like "Echoes" and "Souvenirs," since the hit count drops off significantly after both stories. Interestingly, neither of them contains any porn, although "Echoes" is pretty clear about what Ten and River are up to. (Of course, nothing is like the hit dropoff between the kinkmeme collection and "Echoes," which only has half as many hits; still, considering that "Echoes" is just one story, while the collection contains 47, I think that says something about Echoes' popularity.)
