In the continuing series of things I should probably be ashamed of writing

Arthur Eddington/John Smith – gentleness. Also available in lightly edited form at Teaspoon.

I usually put my author's notes in my kinkmeme master post, but I want to post some here as well. I got called out on the anonmeme for this story, deservedly so, because despite my best efforts, it's out of character: Eddington would never try to seduce Smith like this. In fact, when I first heard there was an Eddington/Smith prompt on the meme, I had the opposite seduction scenario in mind, and a way to play it I thought might work with their characters – but it turned out that wasn't what the prompt called for. I'm pleased with the results, given the confines of the prompt, but maybe someday I'll go back and write what I really had in mind.

You're right; there are characterization issues, but hey. Was anyone reading it for the brilliant illumination of aspects of each man's character? :)

... if you ever write Hermey/Rudolph, for the record, I am NOT going to read it.

I make no promises about Mrs. Claus/Snow Miser, however.

Please do not misunderstand my insane giggling for encouragement.

I'm watching Elf and had the wickedest, wickedest thought. Has anyone written Buddy the Elf losing his virginity?
