IMDB says that Jo Joyner, who played Lynda-with-a-Y, was on the show this is from (Swingers), and it does kind of look like her ...

It is her! Thank you, now it won't be bugging me anymore. I wasn't sure where this came from so I couldn't look it up. She looks good - hair suits her better than the one on DW.
