APAD(ish) #6: Mushroom

Hen of the woods, found by two friends of ours. (Don't worry, they know what they're doing when it comes to picking wild mushrooms.)

I may just make a giant omelet with the mushroom. Something like this deserves to be cooked as simply as possible.
