They're just random letter stencils Marc used because they looked pretty. (And actually, I think the letter at top left is a Q, not a P.)

Random letters? That should be illegal. If I owned that cup, I'd have spent hours trying to figure out what they meant.

For all I know, that was part of

mmancuso's plan. He can be sneaky that way.
