Owen "In your dreams, your sad wet dreams where you're his part time shag maybe!" (Ianto takes aim at Owen) Owen "That Rift took my lover, and my Captain, so if I die now, well it'll all be in the line of duty!" (bang) Ianto shoots him in the shoulder.
Clearly Owen knows that Ianto has the hots for Jack, but either he doesn't know that they're actually doing it, or he knows and he's just trying to hurt Ianto, or maybe Jack and Ianto aren't actually shagging at that point.
