I have to say, even though it seems blatantly obvious by the point of "Fear Her" that the Doctor and Rose are sleeping together, canonically, I don't think they did. And the explanation of the Doctor being unwilling to take that next step with Rose felt consistent to me with "School Reunion." (This, of course, will in no way stop me from writing or reading further Doctor/Rose smut.)

Good point, and personally, I have tried to fanwank Rose's lack of jealousy at the end of the episode as her trying to place the Doctor's needs above her own, even if it means she'll be pissed off in private. And whatever problems with Rose's character exist in this episode (for which I blame script editing, not Moffatt, because he is a friggin' genius), the Doctor's spur-of-the-moment, reckless leap through the mirror felt completely in character for him.
