I have tried to fanwank Rose's lack of jealousy at the end of the episode as her trying to place the Doctor's needs above her own, even if it means she'll be pissed off in private.
I don't see her as ever being pissed off about it -- I can see hurt, betrayed, or jealous. I think she got the anger out of her system during School Reunion.
In any case ... there is clearly missing content between GitF and AoS.
