This is *a* thing I've been working on ;-) There is a much longer piece starring Ten and Donna that I think I'll be able to post this weekend, and I've been working on that for about four months now. (Unfortunately, I got the idea for it right before Thanksgiving, work craziness, and the Mystery Hunt, which is why it's taken forever.)
This Sandman/DW crossover practically wrote itself in about two weeks in mid-February. I'm so glad you think I got Delirium right, because she was much harder to write than Death, and I still think her realm is best described in visual terms rather than in prose. But people seem to like it, so I'm not going to complain!
I will file away your Morpheus and Ten prompt for later, maybe after Work Craziness, Round 2 completes itself. Oof.
