Five years ago, yeah - it was on a student exchange. Some of the American students were not all that educated about germany.
And no, I didn't mean to imply that I thought all Americans thought like that. That'd be equally silly on my part. Just...some apparently do, and it is annoying me a bit. If you want to portray people as Nazis, at least have the courtesy to use Naziranks or something, they sound more evil, anyway.
Not that portraying people as Nazis is particularly clever, when all they did was leading a TV show in a direction you dislike. Geez.
