I've read Slow Learner as well, but again, only once. Gravity's Rainbow and The Crying of Lot 49 are the ones I come back to repeatedly; the latter because the Trystero conspiracy cracks me up, and the former because I see something new every time I read it.
The GR scene I always remember is the one with Slothrop in an elderly English woman's home, tasting all her incredibly foul candies, which I realized later was Pynchon joking about Bassett's Liquorice Allsorts.
