I saw that and couldn't help thinking "pork chops!". I'm going to have to try that because if I'm doing the spice mix myself, I can take it down in heat slightly since the husband has a problem with some spicy stuff. (I can get the Ancho Chile powder with no problem; just wouldn't use it with him)
