I take it from your comments about Rory that you've seen S5 as well? If not, I very much recommend watching it, not just because it gives you backstory that will probably be necessary as S6 goes on, but also because I think you'll end up with a higher (or at least more neutral) opinion of Rory.
1) Yes, and probably yes. We know she's in prison for killing "the best man she ever knew," but we don't know who that is.
2) I don't know who's in the suit! I agree River would have to be doing one hell of an acting job if it's her in the suit, but I still can't rule her out; or it could be the little girl. But my cracky theory is that it's another Eleven, because sometimes the show is just that crazy.
3) Well, we don't know for sure that this is Amy's daughter! All we know is that there's a photo of Amy with a baby in the room, and I have to say I don't think that the show would ever have the Doctor father a child by his companion; New Who's really pushed the boundaries of the Doctor/companion relationship, but I just can't see it going there anytime soon.
Also, yes, the girl is regenerating at the end, which is a real !!! moment, because there aren't supposed to be any more Time Lords right now. Which means that the girl is a) the Doctor and River's child, b) the Doctor and someone else's child, or c) some unknown Time Lord or Time Lord creation of some kind.
And damn, I'd have been furious if my parents hadn't woken me up for the moon landing.
