I haven't made many recipes from it, but only because I have a lot of other cookbooks with baking recipes as well. The recipes I've tried have been excellent, though; I definitely recommend the focaccia, and my mother loves the bagel recipe. (Having tried the bagels, though not made them myself, I have to say they're delicious.)
