I haven't, mostly because the spouse doesn't really enjoy lox. (I KNOW.) But it's definitely something I want to make, and let's be real, I can go through half a pound of it on my own no problem.
Next on the list, though, is Bissonnette's kombu- and miso-cured pork tenderloin. But that'll have to wait until after Thanksgiving.
