nonelvisSo, the Medusa Cascade is one second out of sync with the rest of the universe, which is how the Daleks hide the 27 planets ... but unless I missed something, the handwaving Rusty does in JE to put them back into place (the "magnetron") just moves the planets around, and doesn't do anything to resynchronize the Medusa Cascade itself. Is that right?
(Yes, of course this is fic-related. But not urgent.)
