I have an AT&T Tilt, which I love, but I suspect my next phone will probably be an iPhone. I've got unlimited data on my plan and I love, love my phone, although Windows Mobile leaves a lot to be desired. My main issue with the iPhone is what you mentioned -- why not a bigger model? If I could replace my iPod AND my phone, I'd be on that like white on rice.
