Okay, I didn't leave the house today and was getting a bit desperate for a photo by 6pm, but I'm pleased with how this turned out anyway. Shallots, scallions, and garlic, all used in the portobello and bitter greens mac 'n' cheese currently baking in the oven.

Sorry, most of the mac 'n' cheese is gone now. We bravely fell upon it to spare other humans the torture of eating it.

Amazon has a few digital cameras for under $100, and used ones for as little as $60 or so. I can't believe how cheap these things have gotten compared to what they used to cost.
