Saving the date

On October 18, 2008, I will be eight rows away from David Tennant and Patrick Stewart.

The squee is making it almost impossible to work right now, but I have a deadline to meet, so further squee-age will have to wait. Somehow.

We ended up in the balcony for Love's Labour's Lost, but we have "stalls" (floor) seating for Hamlet. In both cases we are way far over to the left or to the right, but damn, EIGHT ROWS AWAY. I had no expectation we'd end up that close, though frankly, I'll be happy just being in the theatre at all.

By the way, there is some small chance we may have two extra tickets -- it will depend on whether my friends' boyfriend/girlfriend decide to join us. I probably shouldn't tempt you like this, but I can certainly offer you the tickets first if we have 'em ;-) They're cheaper than you might think -- about $52 for Hamlet, and $48 for Love's Labour's Lost.

That's eeeeeeevil. I mean, I've always wanted to go to England, and it would be so easy to justify it... hell, I could even save up enough money by then.

Well, y'know, if you happen to have tickets, I might think about it ;).
