nonelvis: (DW blue TARDIS)
Yeah, right, as if I could ever pick one. It's hard enough just to narrow it down to Four, Five, Ten, and Eleven!

Four and Five were the Doctors I saw when I first started watching the series, so I'll always have a soft spot for them. (And a wicked bad crush on Peter Davison.) Ten: I didn't love everything about him, especially the continual insistence on writing him as the Lonely God when he was surrounded by friends, but Tennant threw himself into his role, and his sheer fanboy glee at getting to play his favorite character always showed up onscreen. And finally, Eleven, who's shooting to the top of the list for throwing off the Nine and Ten's angst, as well as for Smith's wonderful performance: you can see how much of Two's style Smith has absorbed, and despite his youth, there are moments when I watch him and believe his Doctor really is 900 years old.
