30 Days of Who meme, day 6: whatever tickles your fancy

The Avengers and Doctor Who: two things I love, brought together through the time-honored tradition of the Beeb casting the same actors in every show they produce. In "From Venus With Love," a pre-DW Jon Pertwee plays a retired brigadier, seen here doing a rather action-oriented narration of his memoirs. Pertwee's scenes run from about 5:00 to 9:45, and though he isn't in the rest of the episode (for a reason that will be obvious by 9:45), it's worth watching the other parts, which are also available on YouTube.
