Nov. 6th, 2007 05:08 pmToday has been kind of annoying.
However, watching DT making silly mouth noises to kill time during the "Human Nature" video to Martha, singing Bananarama into a mirror, and sticking his tongue out at the camera every time he passes by? That's making the day much better.

on 2007-11-06 10:41 pm (UTC)The outtakes are amusing but nothing special, but some of the deleted scenes, especially the missing bit at the beginning of "Daleks in Manhattan" that explains how the Doctor and Martha end up there in the first place, are terrific.
Plus! I just found the "Blink" easter egg!
Oh yes, you will be wanting this for Christmas.

on 2007-11-06 10:47 pm (UTC)And they really put the "Blink" bit on as an Easter egg? I didn't think they'd be able to resist being obvious. I love them.
I still don't even have S2 on DVD, because it has been a Financially Difficult Year. But hey, I have ten days off after Christmas, so I can watch lots of videos. And my twisty morality has prevented me from seeing most of the extras by any other method, so it'll actually be a novelty.

on 2007-11-06 11:02 pm (UTC)DT's video diary in S2 is totally worth watching. There's this point where he's at home, lying on his bed, all scruffy-looking with his glasses on, and really, I have to stop thinking about that scene now because it is way too distracting.
Nielsen ended up buying my S3 set -- each quarter, they give me $25 Amazon gift certificates for participating in their iPod survey, and boy, am I going to be sad when that's over. But I got S2 at a hefty discount by joining Borders' rewards program, which is free and often has 25%-40% off coupons.
