Thanksgiving menu, 2016

Storing this here for posterity:
A good meal, if I do say so myself.
- Sofra's za'atar almonds and spiced hummus (made with chickpeas, because I couldn't find a source for certified gluten-free dry yellow split peas)
- Serious Eats' Chinese red-sauce-glazed turkey (GAZE UPON ITS GLORIOUSNESS)
- baked chiles rellenos with ranchero sauce
- cornbread dressing
- Serious Eats' gluten-free green bean casserole
- mashed potatoes with caramelized onions
- cranberry tangerine conserve
- gluten-free biscuits (bless King Arthur Flour; these taste 95% like the real thing)
- homemade maple-walnut ice cream spiked with Boston cream liqueur
- five delicious mini-pies friend with celiac purchased at the local gluten-free bakery: apple, blueberry, cheesecake, flourless chocolate, and pumpkin
