I still don't believe you can adapt Watchmen in under four hours, but damned if what they've done so far doesn't look gorgeous.

I want to believe it will be good, but I know it's much more likely I'll just be disappointed. At least it seems like they're doing a great job preserving the original look of the comic books.

Yeah, visually, it looks fucking *perfect*. Doesn't mean it won't suck! But...I think I'll maintain my current level of cautious optimism seasoned with OHSHITTHATLOOKSMAYBEAWESOME.
